Saints Launch First Strategic Plan

The Perth Saints FC have released their first ever Strategic Plan. Developed over two independently facilitated workshops in late 2021, the Strategic Plan the two-year plan outlines our strategic direction including what we intend to do and the measures of our success. The Strategic Plan is built on four key pillars:

  • Governance and management

  • Participation and contribution

  • Communication

  • Financial management

The Management Committee plans to report on its progress against the plan annually, and we invite all members to access a copy.
